CLEW promotional Offers are available only to customers aged 18 years or above.

All Offers are valid exclusively on ‘www.clewpouches.co.uk’ and are not applicable to third-party platforms, resellers, or physical retail outlets.

2. Account Registration

To access these features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Nature of Promotional Offers

CLEW may offer percentage-based discounts, fixed-value discounts, sitewide sales, limited-time promotions, or seasonal offers, including discounts of up to 50% off, from time to time.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

·      Promotional discount codes cannot be combined with the CLEW Coins Loyalty Program.

·      Only one discount code may be applied per order.

4. Eligibility & Geographic Scope

Promotional Offers are available exclusively to customers in the United Kingdom and shall apply only to orders placed for delivery to a valid UK shipping address, subject to verification and availability.

5. Offer Validity & Timing

Promotional Offers are valid only for the duration specified on the Website or associated marketing communication, as determined by CLEW.

All Offers expire at 11:59 PM (UK time) on the stated end date, unless withdrawn earlier by CLEW in accordance with applicable law.

Orders placed after the expiry time will not be eligible for the promotion.

6. Minimum Checkout Value

The final checkout value must always be greater than £0.00 for an order to be successfully processed.

In the unlikely event of a technical or system error resulting in a zero-value cart, the order may be automatically cancelled or declined, without liability to CLEW.

7. Stock Availability

All promotional Offers are subject to product availability and shall be valid only while stocks last. CLEW does not guarantee the availability of any product for the entire duration of a promotional period and reserves the right to limit quantities or withdraw the Offers in accordance with applicable law.

8. Order Review, Cancellation & Adjustments

CLEW reserves the right to review, cancel, or refuse any order where:

·      misuse or abuse of promotions is suspected;

·      multiple accounts are used to exploit offers; or

·      orders are placed in breach of these Offers, the Terms of Service, or applicable laws, or where fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected.

If an order placed using a promotional offer is later cancelled or refunded, the discount applied shall be forfeited and shall not be reinstated, and no alternative discount, credit, or compensation shall be provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Technical Errors

CLEW shall not be liable for pricing, typographical, or technical errors, including errors arising from system glitches or third-party integrations.

In such cases, CLEW reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue refunds, where applicable, as the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.

10.        Modification, Suspension, or Withdrawal of Offers

CLEW Pouches reserves the right, at its sole discretion, and in accordance with applicable laws, to modify, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue any promotional offer, in whole or in part, at any time. Any such modification or withdrawal shall be effective immediately upon being updated on the Website, and CLEW shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such changes.

11.        Severability

If any provision of these Offers is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12.        Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the United Kingdom.
