Welcome to CLEW!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) and CLEW (“CLEW”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, products, services, and any related tools or functionalities (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Service, including making purchases, creating an account, participating in our Loyalty and Referral Program, or contacting us through the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. These Terms incorporate by reference, and you agree to be bound by, the following additional policies:

4. LOYALTY AND REFERRAL PROGRAM

Loyalty Points can be earned by making qualifying purchases and through special promotions. Referral vouchers are available upon successful referrals, subject to a minimum order value.
5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in GBP. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a summary via email.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Clew ships orders within the UK. Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services.
7. RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy, available at: https://clewpouches.co.uk/return-policy. We accept returns for unused items within 14 days and offer replacements or refunds for faulty items reported within 14 days of receipt.
8. USER CONDUCT
Users must not misuse the Service or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to access other accounts, transmit malware, or disrupt the system.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the CLEW platform, including logos, product designs, text, and graphics, is the property of CLEW or its licensors. No content may be copied or reused without prior written consent.
All content, features, and functionality available on or through the CLEW platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product designs, software, audio and video clips, data compilations, and the layout or arrangement of such content (collectively, the “Content”)—are the exclusive property of CLEW, its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and design laws in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on the Service are registered and unregistered Marks of CLEW or third parties who have authorised their use by Clew. You are not granted any license or right to use any Marks without the express prior written consent of CLEW or the respective rights holder.
Except as expressly permitted in writing by Clew:
• You may not reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Content for any commercial or public purpose without obtaining prior written authorisation from Clew.
• You may not use framing techniques to enclose any Marks, logos, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Clew without express written consent.
• You may not use meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilising the Clew name or trademarks without our express written consent.
Clew reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms. Unauthorised use of the Content or Service may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable laws.
10. PRIVACY AND DATA USE
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information.
11. MODIFICATIONS
Clew reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. DISCLAIMER
The Service is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Clew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within England and Wales.
